In two years we’ll see the commercial “have you or a loved one used expanding foam concrete and been diagnosed with ass cancer, if so you may be entitled to compensation”

Great, another chemical compound to destroy our earth.

I hope the Tide Pod kids don't discover this.

It's a piece of shit! Built a lot of fences and decks in my day. Never put in a crooked post in my life until I tried this shit. It is also more costly than concrete. Would never use it again. Just quit being lazy, and mix the concrete

Well in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking into this matter in a different way and without fighting and by trying to make it clear and by considering each and every one's opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say.

Lololol "replace concrete". Now personally I've used this product or a variant of it. Sika post-fix was the one I used. Now for the DIY or single job tradie this is VERY fast, easy and convenient. What it isn't is cost effective. It's about 5-7 times more expensive than the same amount of quickset concrete. This will never replace concrete for large scale applications. Especially as globally the cost of these types of products is only going up anyway (this is my industry).

Interesting but I don't think it would work for me. When we built the fence around my back yard here in Florida we poured 80 pounds of concrete around every post base to resist hurricane force winds. Last hurricane 2 sides of the fence bent halfway over. The wind rotated the concrete bases in the soaked soil/sand we have here. Foam would have never stood up.

Concrete has compressive strength only....that’s why we use rebar to give it tensile strength as well. Foam has no significant tension or compressive strength. Thinking that concrete is used to support a fence post is hilarious .....I could pack this hole with clay and achieve the exact same result. Try putting a structure on foam only......I’m waiting.

Concrete is natural and just becomes earth again. This is just another pile of chemical junk. We’ve made enough trash already...

That old felles done some pole dancin in his time.... See him go?

Everybody is in here flipping out about this products effect on the planet. Unless you live in a house made of entirely recycled materials, ride a bicycle instead of driving a car and compost all your waste quit with the bullshit. This product is probably far less damaging than the amount of plastic bottle waste generated by a household on a daily basis and this gets used once per project and god knows lasts however long.

Half the point of using concrete as a filler is to anchor it.. how will this material keep the post from falling if the anchor is only a few pounds

What Is the chemical composition? What Is the environmental impact vs concrete? And what is the longevity when exposed to the elements? Sound cool but i have more questions. I will save this and look further into it when i redo my walk way

I got this douchebag's feet in a bucket, added this stuff and threw him in the Hudson. Can you believe it, he was able to swim to shore. Wtf?!

Wouldn't that contaminate things as it slowly deteriorates it would fall apart and spread like micro plastics

That is not a concrete replacement, that is a product for specific purposes of low mechanical forces or non structure supporting construction. As you can see, it is mainly for decorative things... That material will never replace concrete in buildings foundations or estructure.

Surely an expandable foam is even more unenvironmentally friendly?

Concrete is cheap and made of basic, natural ingredients. What is this foam leaching into the soil? Solving a problem that doesn't exist.

More damned plastic in the environment! All you need to do is put in a dry concrete mix and compact it with a stumper weight. The post stays put and moisture in the ground is enough to harden the mix suprisingly fast. No need to kill our planet!!!!!!!

It may have the COMPRESSION Strength of concrete (glass does also), but it does not have the toughness or torsion strength of concrete.

Yes, this will replace concrete and we're all gonna build our houses on foam foundation...I believe there is a Sunday school song like this, it doesnt end well for the guy that built his house upon the foam, (sand).

I like how they emphasized “hardness” when concrete is actually known for its compressive strength. Possibly useful but definitely not a replacement

Just to let everyone know that concrete is terrible for the soil, water and even to breathe in. So I'm guessing this would be safer? After doing construction and demolition knowing the health risks of concrete and how much we use it is pretty awful.

"Replace concrete on a worldwide scale" But how much does this foam cost? Concrete is dirt cheep. Literally. Made from dirt and rock. Yes the foam is easier, but I dont see it replacing anything soon

Concrete is one of the most fossil fuel inefficient products to make. Sand is also getting harder to come by, in sufficient quantities. One more reason to stop burning fossil fuels... we need oil for better things.

The fbvideo.com is a website where you can collect and download Facebook videos for free. The videos can be downloaded straight from Facebook and users can download them in an mp4 format in HD or SD. The latter one is a smaller sized mp4 format. The mp4 format can be played on basically all players and it is one of the most popular video formats, so playing it cannot cause too much of a problem.

Important: fbvideo.com works with the Facebook Graph API but other than that, it has nothing to do with the social media website. The videos can be found on the servers of Facebook.
